I was in the exact same boat as you! I was actually around 16 when I went veggie. I ended up having to start cooking for myself, but it wasn’t as daunting as it sounds. You just have to be creative and plan meals in advance. When I cook, I usually cook enough for two meals so I’m not always cooking. Cooking meals for yourself will also really help you eat healthier. If that’s not really an option though, I would try easing your family into eating vegetarian one day a week. That way you can all ease into a veggie lifestyle or at least get them open up to cooking more veggie option. Hope this helps some! Thanks for your question!
